These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Begin Again meditation platform and course ("the Service"). By creating an account or purchasing the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Begin Again provides a 30-day online guided meditation course delivered via audio sessions through our web platform. The course is accessible from any modern web browser and is available offline once sessions have been loaded.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may register using an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your content on your behalf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
The full 30-day course is available for a one-time payment of US$57. This grants you lifetime access to all 30 sessions and any future updates to the course content. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. All prices are displayed in US dollars.
You will receive immediate access to all course content upon successful payment.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have listened to Day 1 and do not feel the course is right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@beginagainmeditation.com for a full refund.
After 7 days from the date of purchase, the course is considered delivered and refunds will not be provided except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide that remedy.
All course content, including audio recordings, scripts, and platform design, is the intellectual property of Begin Again. By purchasing the course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own private use.

Begin Again is an educational course, not a medical or therapeutic service. The meditation techniques taught are for general wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health condition, please consult a qualified health professional before beginning this course. If you experience discomfort during meditation practice, stop and seek appropriate guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Begin Again's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update course content, modify features, or change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
