Three Parallel Capacities

Most meditation courses teach one technique. This journey develops three interconnected skills simultaneously.

1. Attentional Stability

Classical mindfulness. Learning to place attention where you want it, when you want it there, and keep it stable without forcing.

2. Insight into Impermanence

Vipassana practice. Seeing how sensations arise and pass, how the self is constructed moment by moment, and what identification really is.

3. Recognition of Awareness

Direct path / non-dual practice. Turning attention back on itself to recognise the awareness that's already here, prior to thought and effort.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you begin.

Do I need any meditation experience?

Not at all. Begin Again is designed for complete beginners as much as it is for experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice. Day 1 starts from the very basics - simply arriving in the present moment - and the curriculum builds naturally from there. If you have some experience, you'll find the progressive structure brings new clarity to techniques you may already know.

How long are the daily sessions?

Each session is between 10 and 15 minutes - long enough to go deep, short enough to fit into a busy day. The course is designed to be done first thing in the morning, but any consistent time works. All 30 sessions are available immediately after purchase, so you can move at your own pace.

What makes this different from other meditation apps?

Most meditation apps teach relaxation techniques. Begin Again teaches three interconnected capacities simultaneously: attentional stability (classical mindfulness), insight into impermanence (vipassana), and recognition of awareness itself (non-dual presence). This approach is drawn from the deepest contemplative traditions and is structured as a genuine curriculum, not a collection of disconnected sessions.

Is this a religious practice?

No. While the techniques are drawn from Buddhist and contemplative traditions, Begin Again presents them in a completely secular, practical way. There is no religious framework, no belief system required, and no rituals involved. The focus is entirely on direct experience and developing clear seeing - something accessible to anyone, regardless of background.

Can I listen offline?

Yes. Once you've accessed a session in your browser, it is available offline. The platform is built as a progressive web app, which means you can add it to your home screen and listen without an internet connection - ideal for travel or early mornings before your phone fully wakes up.

What is the refund policy?

If you complete Day 1 and don't feel the course is right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked. We'd rather you leave with a good experience than stay with a bad one. After 7 days, the course is considered delivered and refunds are not available.

How is my progress tracked?

Your progress is saved automatically as you listen. The portal shows which sessions you've completed, your current streak, and total minutes meditated. You can resume any session from where you left off, and the course remembers your place across devices as long as you're signed into your account.

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes - US$57 once, lifetime access. There are no subscriptions, no renewal fees, and no upsells. All 30 sessions are included, along with any future updates to the course. You also keep access even if you don't log in for months.
